We offer a full-day, year-round program for twelve children who are two years old by August 15.

The program runs from 7:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., Monday through Friday.

High-quality environment

Our staff provides your two-year-old a high-quality environment using practices based on developmentally appropriate experiences. Continuity of care guides our practices when working with two-year-olds. We provide support and assistance while encouraging independence and respect for each child’s unique and emerging abilities. Teachers model appropriate behavior using positive guidance techniques.

Explore, discover, and create

We offer a combination of flexibility to meet the needs of individual children while following a schedule and establishing predictable routines. Play, routines, and a predictable sequence of events will be used to help children learn about the world around them, acquire skills, develop positive attitudes, and regulate their own behavior. Activity areas will be set up in the room to encourage each child to explore, discover, and create. The children will experience indoor and outdoor play daily, weather permitting.

Health, safety

Continual attention to health and safety practices will be evident throughout the program day.

Food and nutrition

As part of the USDA Child and Adult Care Food Program a daily nutritious lunch will be served in addition to a morning and afternoon snack.
